How can I place an order?

To place an order please email detailing the products you wish to order, and your shipping address so that we can give you an accurate shipping quote.  We will reply with a proforma invoice detailing the order and payment details.

How do you take payments?

We normally accept payments via bank transfer, we can recommend for fast international transfers, they have low fees and also give a good exchange rate.  If you cannot send payment via bank transfer we can also accept payments via Paypal if you cover the fees.

Do you offer any discounts?

Our standard pricing is very competitive but sometimes there is a little room for discounts, for full systems or larger orders, or for trade users, there is no harm in asking.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends... to get an accurate quote please email , we have shipped speaker cabinets all over Europe and further afield and we will do our best to arrange suitable solution

Can I collect my speakers myself?

Of course!  Our workshop is located in Bentham, LA2 7LR, but please make contact before coming to ensure there is someone here to meet you. 

Do your products carry a warranty?

All products come with a 1 year warranty covering faults due to manufacturing, it does not cover issues caused by misuse.  If your product has an problem please contact us, we are always happy to help. 

Can you supply speaker cabinets in custom colours?

We can supply the coax horns in the Orbit 4s, and the front port panels on the Orbit 3s in any colour you like (for a small charge).  The main cabinets are normally black as they are produced in large batches.

Do you stock spare parts?

Yes, if you have a blown driver please let us know, we can normally supply all the drivers used in our cabinets from stock.  We can also supply many other drivers at competitive prices, if you would like a quote email
