Shipping
Parcels are normally shipped via Royal Mail First Class, Standard Parcels,Parcelforce 24 and DHL. These services are for next working day delivery, or in the case of standard parcels 3-5 working days, and are fully insured againsed loss or damage. Orders are normally sent the day of the order or the next working day after the order, if part of you order is out of stock dispatch may be delayed. You will receve an email conferming your order and letting you know when to expect it. All delivery times are estamates and are not guarrentieed. Shipping costs are calcluated based on weight and are shown below:

VAT is included in all prices. For orders over 25KG please email

Free Shipping!!!
Items marked "free shipping" will not add any weight to the total of your shopping cart. If you only add "free shipping" items to the cart you will not pay any shipping costs, if you add a combination of normal items and "free shipping" items to the cart you will only be charged shipping costs for the normal items, as the "free shipping" items carry no weight. Please note free shipping items can be sent to the UK only.
Accepting goods It is important to inspect your parcels properly before signing for them, any carrier note should be signed accordingly after inspection. Please note "un-checked" is not acceptable. Goods damaged in transit should not be signed for. Any damage to goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Returns On receipt of the goods you have the right to cancel the order within 7 days. A refund (less the carriage costs) will be given within 7 of the goods being returned. All return carriage costs are to be paid for by the customer unless the goods have developed a manufactures fault. In the unlikely event your product is faulty on arrival please contact sales@soundgear.co.uk, we will arrange courier collection, and a replacement will be sent as soon as we confirm the goods are faulty. Under no circumstances will any goods be accepted for return more than 7 days after receipt.
